Tuthilltown Spirits, makers of Hudson Whiskey, has done a lot to shape legislation for distillers in New York...BUT ALSO: they make Maple Cask Rye Whiskey. Han Shan, brand ambassador for Hudson, shares the story of how a maple tapper from Vermont led to this strange and tasty spirit. Charlsey Millers then stops by to sample the whiskey, and creates a love song about sweet little Maple and wild old Rye.
