Adversity...Good? or Bad????
A bit of a recap on last weeks monologue ;) re giving ourselves grace - a ton of good stuff I recently heard being discussed on The Ed Mylett Show about "Regret". An important part of which is what you learn from what you have regrets about, and how you move forward. Which segways nicely to "Adversity" which is usually thrown in our path, rather than being something which we choose/decide. Anyway, have a listen and see whether you agree!!!
