Pest control experts say they're finally starting to make a dent in New Zealand's exploding wallaby population, as a battle to stop them destroying native forests rages on. The government last year allocated 27 million dollars towards culling wallabies as part of its job for nature programme. So far job numbers have been slow, but those on the ground say they're already seeing results, and they are hopeful more staff will mean more dead wallabies. Checkpoint cameraman Nick Monro and reporter Nita Blake-Persen headed out on a hunt to see how it's all going.
