Lawyers for former investment banker Paul Mora say the New Zealand man is not a fugitive and he won't fly to Germany to face serious fraud charges. Interpol issued a global alert for Mora and placed him on its most-wanted list in connection with a massive tax evasion scheme. The 53-year-old - who resides in New Zealand and has protested his innocence - is accused of facilitating and concealing fraudulent transactions more than a decade ago. German lawmakers estimate the practice cost the government at least 10 billion euros in lost revenue. Germany correspondent Thomas Sparrow spoke to Susie Ferguson.
