Covid-19: Expert calls for tighter border, fewer returnees to NZ after latest lockdown

Auckland is now at Alert Level 3 for three days until midnight Wednesday, while the rest of the country is at Alert Level 2 for the same period. The Prime Minister made the announcement last night after three Covid-19 cases were detected in the community - a mother, father and daughter from the same South Auckland household. The mother works at the airline servicing company, Sky Chefs, the daughter is a student at Papatoetoe High School and the father is a self-employed tradie. Professor Nick Wilson is a public health expert from the University of Otago. He spoke to Corin Dann.
