Quisenberry: I often wonder why RGV cities are not more concerned about digital connectivity

She recently spoke at the 26th Annual TATOA Conference and Awards Ceremony. TATOA stands for the Texas Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors. The conference was held at the McAllen Convention Center.\xa0

The panel Quisenberry spoke on was titled Broadband Funding Alternatives under Philanthropy and the Community Reinvestment Act.\xa0

In her remarks, Quisenberry spoke of the help Valley Baptist Legacy Foundation is providing to eliminate the digital divide in the Rio Grande Valley.\xa0
