NYC press says she’s like Adele meets Diana Krall meets Bette Midler. Dare her. She’s headlined with Melissa Etheridge and Sarah McLachlan. She was Joan Rivers’ opening act. Come see why. Pop/Jazz/Blues vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Suede returns to Michigan after tours that have included headlining world renowned clubs like NYC’s Birdland and 54 Below; San Francisco’s Feinstein’s; Washington DC’s Blues Alley and The Kennedy Center; Boston’s Scullers Jazz Club, appearing as guest vocalist with the acclaimed DIVA Jazz Orchestra on festival stages (Newport!) and more - as well as multiple benefits for great causes and having the immense privilege and honor of being the late, great Joan Rivers’ opening act. Suede is the real deal (said Joan) and is thrilled to debut as guest vocalist with the distinguished Maestro Washburn and The Michigan Philharmonic. She’s currently got 4 award winning CDs released on her own label, Easily Suede Music, including her last project with her hand-picked 14 piece big band, recorded at Bennett Studios in the greater NYC area.
