My mission is to provide residential tenants with peace of mind and knowledge about their rights and responsibilities. Landlords will be held accountable for intentionally being negligent of their responsibilities in accordance to the Residental Tenancy Act. After listening Tenant Talk Tuesday, residential tenants will become confident and prepared to self-advocate and ensure that their quality of living is maintained and their rights are respected for themselves and their families. I have knowledge and experience related to Tenant maintenance and harassment reports are through my years of working in the Public Service sector, my personal experience with the Landlord and Tenant Board, studying my lease agreement, The Residential Tenancy Act, and the various Municipal Property Standards Bi Law.
