Everyone has a story, and it’s not too often that we get to sit down and tell it.
In this episode, Heather shares the long(er) version of her story. We start with Heather as an 18 year old raft guide living in Alaska, and work our way to the summer of 2014, when Heather was triple dog dared to turn her idea of Heather’s Choice into a reality.

This is the story of a young woman who spent years calorie restricting and starving herself, to working with high level athletes on their relationship with food. This is the story of a young woman who went from being so broke she was living in a trailer in her dad’s front yard, to being the CEO of a business that has made millions. This is the story of a young woman who has been RELENTLESS and a little bit ridiculous.
