Why Rachael?

\\n

Rachael ran some of the seminal black music nights of the early 90\\u2019s as well as presenting on youth Radio & TV.

\\n

She went on to launch the MTV Lick Parties and specialise in urban marketing working for Universal and Sony before joining Def Jam UK as General Manager. She later managed Ladies First (Polydor) and Aaron Soul (Def Jam).

\\n

Rachael is now the owner and CEO of ILUVLIVE, a not for profit live music and artist development platform supported by Arts Council England.

\\n

ILUVLIVE\\u2019s sister company ILUVMGNT looks after Izzy Bizu (Sony), Emmavie, Anjelo Disons, Damn Shaq and Vibbar.
