Check your vision \\u2026 and your mission, and values.
\\nIt is wise to review your personal and professional vision, mission, and values from time to time.
\\nVision is an ideal state in the distance, just out of reach. If you haven\\u2019t revisited your vision in a long time, you may have surpassed it, and it might now be behind you. Or you may have drifted way off course.
\\nYour mission can change fairly regularly depending on many different internal or external factors. Conditions change, and you may find your mission needs alterations to fit the current circumstances better.
\\nYour values can change too, but not often. Of the three, your values should hold firm, like Excalibur. Your values are not situational, so always be deliberate and thoughtful before deciding to replace them.
\\nIt was time to review and renew our company vision, mission, and values at Karl Bimshas Consulting. We are in the leadership business, and our vision now reaches higher.
