Who Is Like God?

We conclude our series on Micah by looking at chapter 7. Micah laments that he too must endure God's earthly judgment because no one is godly. Therefore, he says, do not trust in man but look to God. The righteous will wait for God's vindication over his enemies, when he will gather his people, expand his kingdom, and shepherd his flock. He concludes by praising God for who is like him, pardoning iniquity, not retaining his anger but delighting in steadfast love, compassionately casting away our sin, and always remaining faithful to his covenant?Scripture: Micah 7:1-20Series: Micah: What Does the Lord Require?
