b'OP lived in an apartment with their mom and brother and things were good until the apartment management changed and the new manager did nothing to keep away the undesirable types. The police were a regular sight at this place, who were often showing up for drug busts, but always got there too late. After a while it became apparent there was someone working with the police and tipping the dealers off before they busted them.
