Challenges can last from how ever long you desire, ones I have done have been between 7 to 365 days and you always walk away with a host of information nuggets.\\xa0\\n\\nThere will be daily insights and tips that you will be able to take away and inform your own journey.\\n\\nChallenges are a way of really pushing yourself and moving up a notch, taking part in a group challenge holds you accountable, and you are able to share where you are at with others.
