Welcome to today\'s Podcast - Episode 208, to give an insight for the weekends. The word for today is Optimistic - What does the word mean to you in relation to your creative practice, take some time and maybe do some work in your journal as you think over the word.

Think about the changes you would like in your own life and the step or steps you would like to take. Take out your art journal and be creative, use colour, texture, whatever you feel inspired to use.
