Welcome to the Episode 93 of the Podcast and the Arts and Wellness Wednesdays.

In this Episode I speak to artist Aaron Hamilton at the Caribbean Fine Art Fair.  Aaron is an artist and native of the island of Dominica. He enjoys creating images using a wide range of mediums, and his inspiration is found in his childhood home where the rivers and mountains with the variety of tints and shades of colours drive his thoughts; this is what compels his art.  Aaron was one of the participating artists at CaFA

On Wednesdays we focus on the Arts and how it can impact our health and well-being. I will be talking with artists, looking at activities that you can do to be more creative across the board and for those who are carers tips and strategies that you can use. I will also be sharing reviews, resources and other insights. I will be looking at the nuggets that the artists share and see how we can apply it in some way to our own lives, what ever your interests.
