We have to be reminded to look after ourselves sometimes and speak love into our day to day activities. It can be easy to brush yourself off as being too \' xxxxx\' what ever you want to add when you should be speaking something loving about yourself. When was the last time you showed yourself some tenderness?

It can be really great to pull out your art journal/Journal and express what comes up for you either with images and colour, with words or with both.
