Richard Kelly bounced back from hurricane Katrina to move back to New Orleans and invest in beloved city. Working a 9-5 as a banker, he invests in   primarily using the buy and hold strategy. You will learn how he started as newbie, the hustle he put in working two jobs to grind a save money to build a reserve. Also, we discuss new finding deals and we get some insight into the New Orleans market.
