Title insurance is something we\\u2019ve all used, but many of us can be unsure why we need it or why we can\\u2019t simply do it ourselves. Jennifer does a great job explaining why you need to use a title company to both research and insure property titles. There are many intricacies to the process with each state\\u2019s laws being a little, or quite a bit, different from every other.
\\xa0A key take away is that like any other professional you work with throughout the process of purchasing or selling a property, you do have choices in whom you work with and it is critical to know, like and trust your title professional. An entire business is riding on the outcome of their efforts.
