Brian is cofounder of the multifamily investing firm Four Oaks Capital, which currently controls 485 units and $21m in AUM. He is also the host of the \\u201cDiary of an Apartment Investor\\u201d, which brings an experienced and aspiring investor together on each episode. He is an active-duty Marine lieutenant colonel stationed at the pentagon and will retire in summer 2021 after 20 years of service.
