Prior to founding 1245 Consulting in 2017, Wes Mabry spent over 15 years in the cost segregation industry with both a Commercial Real Estate Appraisal firm and a Cost Segregation Engineering firm. He has completed thousands of studies and evaluated over 7.6 billion in real property improvements across a wide range of asset classes. Wes has a BA in Organizational & Corporate Communication from the University of Houston. Wes is a native of Houston, TX and resides there with his growing family.
