Kevin Tipton joined SVN|Wood Properties' Commercial Brokerage Team in November 2017. After graduating from South Young High School in Knoxville, Kevin joined the Unites States Navy, during which time he served in Operation Desert Storm aboard the USS Goldborough DDG-20 serving out of Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Kevin obtained his Real Estate License in May of 2000 and has since specialized in working with investors looking for single and multifamily investment properties in Knox and surrounding counties.\\xa0

\\xa0Cohl Morgan grew up in a small, rural town and saw firsthand how real estate sales and development can have a positive impact on a community. While a student at the University of Tennessee, Cohl interned with SVN|Wood Properties. Upon graduation, he joined the company as an advisor. Early in his career, Cohl developed a passion for multifamily investment properties. He now specializes in multifamily investment properties alongside his colleague and teammate Kevin Tipton. Cohl loves people and solving problems, and he wants to help communities thrive through real estate sales and development.
