Marshall Friedman is currently pursuing real estate investing full time with a focus on the multifamily space. Marshall has been invested in real estate for over five years.

Prior to pursuing real estate investing full time, Marshall was a member of Houlihan Lokey\\u2019s investment banking Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Group where he executed sell side and capital raise mandates for clients.\\xa0

Marshall holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Chinese from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Duke University\\u2019s Fuqua School of Business.
