\nChristina\u2019s positive energy is contagious. She shares about the power of gratitude, and how it\u2019s a perspective we get to intentionally choose, instead of just a fleeting feeling we simply stumble upon.
\n\u201cHappiness is a choice,\u201d she mentions, highlighting that we have agency over our circumstances, and the discipline of focusing on the good is a habit we all need to build.
\nOne of the most heartwarming parts of this conversation is how Christina got involved with makeup. It started with helping her mother, who was fighting stage 4 brain cancer, out with her makeup before a date with her father. Christina was moved by the empowerment and confidence that her mother experienced, and since then, has helped other people experience this form of self-love as well.
