\nRyann navigated a successful sales career for 15 years before she started her entrepreneurial chapter in 2018. Since then, she\u2019s been at the helm of several successful ventures, and she shares her most important takeaways as an entrepreneur.
\nShe\u2019s the Founder of \u201cBe in the Room\u201d - a tight-knit community and movement for women of action who rebel against the status quo and create their own version of success - and is an advocate for women who feel called for more.
\nRyann shares many useful nuggets, ranging from the power of relationship-based sales, to being true to yourself, to reframing perspective in order to nurture gratitude instead of resentment. I loved her take on her transition from her corporate career to entrepreneurship.
\nShe explains that it wasn\u2019t a matter of starting over; it was a matter of changing paths and bringing along her experiences, lessons and skill sets to the new path.
