N. DeAndre' Henderson the owner and operator of Systemized Inspections. He have two amazing children, Pariss & Krissalynn and resides in Houston,TX.

He is a graduate of the Champion School Of Real Estate (CSRE), and a member of The International Association Of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). He performs mandatory continuing education on a yearly basis, which is approved by InterNACHI, and he is insured.​

He has been trained and certified by a qualified structural engineer to perform foundation inspections (foundation elevation analysis) using modern technology (zip level) to determine the elevations of foundations down to 1/10 of an inch. He is also certified by the Texas Division Of Insurance to issue Certificates Of Insurability to those that participate in the V.I.P. program and have a property deemed uninsurable.

Besides providing quality home inspections, He also has 20 years in the earth material (soils) business. The knowledge gained from the earth material business is a valuable asset when inspecting homes.

Another factor that helps him in being a successful home inspector is that he belongs to a Texas based inspector association called: The Texas Professional Real Estate Inspector Association (TPREIA). In this group, we have some of Houston's top leading inspectors in the industry that have built great relationships with some of the best contractors in the city, many of which have to do with owning and maintaining a home. Therefore, he has direct access to qualified contractors such as plumbers, electricians, HVAC Technicians, etc. Surrounding myself with such devoted professionals has proven invaluable over the years.

His personality and years of working with new people allows him to listen to his clients and be able to address any issues they have about the property. This is especially true with first time home buyers. He performs every inspection as if it were his own purchase and provide his clients with detailed reports.
