This is a little bit of a rant, but I\\u2019m going to try to be as nice and friendly as I can. Stop telling me it doesn\\u2019t work. Maybe you sent out 500 letters and didn\\u2019t get a deal. Maybe you\\u2019re thinking about quitting and that this whole real estate thing is a scam. Here\\u2019s the thing: I\\u2019ve been in this business for years doing deals and educating people on how to do it themselves. It\\u2019s awesome and exciting and I have students who are killing it.
I also get emails and complaints from people telling me it just doesn\\u2019t work. I\\u2019m left scratching my head trying to figure out what the difference is between people that do it and people that don\\u2019t. If you\\u2019re diving in and getting started, you have to trust the system. Hang out with successful people in the business and don\\u2019t get advice from broke people. If you\\u2019re tempted to complain and tell me your situation is different, stop it. Put your big boy panties on, make more offers, and figure it out!
