There is no doubt about it: if you want to be successful in real estate investing, you HAVE TO talk to sellers.\\n Not only do you have to talk to sellers, but you have to do it often.\\n Because \\u2013 let\\u2019s face it \\u2013 there may be times that you randomly stumble on deals but, most of the time, you need to make a concerted effort to find property deals.\\n To give you a little inspiration, I\\u2019m talking about how to keep things simple when talking with sellers.
