I met with my friend, Rick Otton, recently. Whenever I\\u2019m with Rick, I\\u2019m always reminded of the importance of listening when talking with sellers. To shut up and listen\\u2014to listen to their pain. Rick is a champion of this.

In this episode, I give a few examples of both\\u2014those who listen and those who failed to listen. One example I give is of a public personality who got in a lot of trouble for talking too much. But then I also know those who have this listening thing down pat, and the many benefits they gain not only in business, but in their personal lives as well.

There\\u2019s a good reason why God gave us two ears and one mouth. So we can listen twice as much as we talk!
