You won\\u2019t believe this \\u2013 but I actually had lunch in St Louis with Michael Jake today!  (We recorded this episode about 3 weeks ago.)  He lives in Colorado Springs, CO and I live in St Louis, MO.  We had a 2-day Lifeonaire retreat here in St Louis & he decided to show up!  It was a total surprise, and it was great hanging out with him and talking shop.  I am really impressed with Mike\\u2019s level of integrity and professionalism.  He really love this business.  And, he really loves teaching people about real estate \\u2013 as you will soon find out in this episode.
