\\nI'm Nitzan Mosery, The Traveling Investor. I am a serial entrepreneur, world traveler, family man, radio personality, co-founder and CEO of Cornerstone Investment Partners, and a multi-family real estate investor, coach, and mentor.
\\nI was born and raised in New York City to immigrant parents. After my father died, I fell into depression. I dropped out of school and left home to travel the world. I became a stereotypical long-haired hippy with no direction in life.
\\nI eventually found myself with a wife and two children to provide for. In order to give them the best life possible, I moved back to the states to pursue a career in real estate.
\\nReal estate was responsible for turning my life around.
\\nThrough many years of trial and error, I learned how to acquire multi-family apartment buildings and manage them in order to make huge profits. To this day, I have a portfolio of nearly 1,500 units worth well above $100 million dollars and counting.
\\nToday, I'm on a mission to share the secrets to my success with others. I travel the country working as a speaker, coach, and mentor in order to give people the tools they need to create a passive income stream so they can start living life on their own terms.
