Have you ever started a project and then thought to yourself \\u201cOh my gosh, what have I done? I\\u2019m so in over my head!\\u201d I recently said yes to being on the Board of a non-profit organization and almost immediately had these thoughts. In today\\u2019s journal entry I talk about what I do when these thoughts and feelings start to take me over.
