The industrial & logistics sector has often been perceived as being behind the curve when it comes to concepts like wellness, but this is starting to change especially as ESG continues to race up the agenda for landlords, developers and occupiers alike. Consequently, a warehouse building is no longer focused solely on the logistics and is instead taking a more people-centric approach at design stage. Incorporating everything from biophilia to running tracks and even basketball courts, what was once considered novel, is now a must have.
