A few months ago, we spoke about a particular disease called versionitis. This is when the version of a document is out of date and you make decisions based on an out of date or unofficial version of a document. There can be only one golden copy of a document, just like there can be only one copy of your passport.
\\nThat\\u2019s incredibly important in the world of real estate investing. That\\u2019s why the county recorder office has only one job to do. Their job is to maintain official records.
