Our book this month comes from Nassim Nicholas Taleb. He\\u2019s famous for his book \\u201cThe Black Swan\\u201d. This book reshaped our culture\\u2019s thinking around rare but completely predictable events. His book, moved an entire generation of business leaders, and the title of his book The Black Swan has become part of the business vernacular. In fact, I would venture to say that most people who use the phrase Black Swan don\\u2019t really know what it means.
\\nSo when Nicholas Taleb wrote another book, I knew it would be well researched and well written.
\\nThe phrase \\u201cskin in the game\\u201d is one we have often heard but rarely stopped to truly dissect. It is the backbone of risk management, but it\\u2019s also an astonishingly rich worldview that, as Taleb shows in this book, applies to all aspects of our lives.
