The market remains extremely hot as supply actually dropped from last week. Here is your Orange County & Irvine Real Estate Market Watch for the week of January 24 - 30. Unbelievably, there was a 20% supply drop in the First Time Home Buyer Market. Although we still expect to see inventory slowly increase as we head into the spring market, it seems to be moving slowly. If you are looking to sell, the time is NOW.
