Welcome to the Reach Social Podcast! In this show, we sit down with founders, influencers and social media managers to understand how they build, manage, engage and use their communities for the greater good. This week I\'m sitting down with Michelle Kwok where we chat about how her company FLIK (Femxle Lab of Innovative Knowledge) got started, building up a list of mentors, and stories about how their users have been empowered by the mentorship they receive through FLIKs platform.

Michelle Kwok (TW/IG) graduated from Western University as a medical student, found her way into entrepreneurship, and Co-founded FLIK as a media company. Fast forward to today, FLIK has pivoted into a platform that connects femxle founders and leaders with students and femxle owned business ventures so that they can get career relevant experience through apprenticeships.
