Will Goldfarb is the chef patron of Room 4 Dessert in Ubud. His accolades go far beyond the kitchen of his award-winning restaurant. With his commitment to using only local ingredients, and working with all Indonesian team, he has done a lot for Indonesian culinary landscape.

During the pandemic, the team has come up with #Dharmabuns program which serves hungry people nutritious and delicious meals for free. The program has been running for 6 months and has served meals to thousands of people in Bali. 

\\n

The plan is to do 5000 free meals per week.  

\\n

When we are in survival mode, it is really hard to think about anyone but yourselves. But when you take the time to look, there are a lot more people who needed our help. Be grateful for everything, don't take anything for granted, and help the community.
