Renaldo Gabriel is one of the co-founders of Third World Culinary Company. He is currently working as a program manager, which often collaborates with restaurants and bars across Indonesia. We discussed current topics in the culinary scene from Indonesian food, Collaborative Cool Events, to Indonesian Chefs Diet, and Vegetarian Movement.

Third World Culinary Company is a collective filled with creative chefs, designers, restaurant lifers, and other culinary enthusiasts. The group strives to improve Indonesian gastronomic culture by slowly educating the market about food, where it comes from and showing what's going in other parts of the world.
