or the past 2 years, FnB Industry has been hard. A lot of people are still without jobs, restaurants are closing down all over the place, and the future seems very uncertain for a lot of people. Often times we are faced with these challenges and situations that we can do very little about, the most important thing is the attitude we have in facing those problems, changing our perception, and turning it into something positives.

Chef Oscar Wijaya is the perfect example of that, like a lot of people he managed to turn his 'unfortunate situation', into a new and exciting chapter in his career.   He is now the newly appointed CDC (Chef de Cuisine) of the exciting modern Indonesian Restaurant 1945 in Fairmont Jakarta.
