Deroy- Seeds Planted eventually grow
b'Today we get to learn about Deroy McDowell. Deroy shares growing up learning to work from those around him. He then tells of losing someone close to him and seeing his life take a turn. In and out of jail he finally decided he need to change his life. During the time we have been building a relationship with Deroy we have seen those seeds of work ethic planted by his uncle start to grow.
