Answer is:

The successful effective communication tip is you\'ve got to be a good listener. Many times salespeople don\'t even give their client or customer a chance to talk. What if instead you listened, you listened, and then when you heard a keyword that was related to the product or the service that you\'re selling, you now responded with how that product or service can benefit the client. Pauses are beneficial cause you to give the client time to think instead of pushing them.

Sales is sometimes such a taboo topic. What if instead, we made it about communicating.

What I\'ve done in my career is really get to know my client or customer, understand exactly what they\'re looking for, and then do my best to fill that void that needs to find something in my services or product that benefit that client.

I work with so many high-end salespeople and I have to tell you, they don\'t ever think, they stop and just listen.
