Tonight I baked some salmon and pickled some radish, fennel, and red onion with orange and lime juice. The green stuff is parsley and mint.

Ingredients
\\n
\\n - Salmon
\\n - Radish
\\n - Red onion
\\n - Fennel
\\n - Orange
\\n - Lime
\\n - Parsley
\\n - Mint
\\n - Iodised salt
\\n - Brown sugar
\\n
\\n
Instructions
\\n
\\n - Preheat an oven to 200 \\xb0C (392 \\xb0F).
\\n - Oil the skin of a salmon fillet with Queensland nut oil.
\\n - Lightly season the skin with iodised salt.
\\n - Cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
\\n - Slice the radish, red onion, and fennel and put in a mixing bowl.
\\n - Add the juice of an orange and a lime with the zest from the orange and lime.
\\n - Add a pinch of iodised salt and a teaspoon of brown sugar.
\\n - Mix in chopped parsley and mint.
\\n - Serve it all on a plate.
