b'If you’re new to our show, each of the previous 12 seasons have had a different theme, a different format, and a different approach to unpacking and dissecting both individual and organizational performance.

These Rewind episodes take a look back at some my favorite shows in case you missed them the first time around… or in case you’d like to give them a second listen.

I hope you enjoy, and more importantly, I hope this Rewind episode helps you Raise Your Game!

You may know him as the face of ESPN’s college basketball, a Duke Basketball Legend and an outspoken advocate for college athletes on Twitter, but did you know Jay Bilas joined the Screen Actors Guild in 1987. He appeared in national television commercials and the feature-length movie I Come in Peace (also known as Dark Angel). He also appeared in an episode of the TV series The White Shadow.

Here are several isolated responses from an in-person conversation I had with Jay Bilas, at his summer skills academy at Queens College in Charlotte – back in my day as the voice of the Pure Sweat Basketball Show. We discussed the concept of why we is greater than me, what it really means to be a role player and the foundation of Coach K’s greatness.'
