People talk about doing what it takes to get to the next level, but often, they really don\'t understand what that means. Most of us are willing to push and grind, and we\'re eager to act and keep going, going and going \\u2014 because that\'s what we\'ve normalized. Hard work equals success, right?\\xa0

In this episode, I want to give you a different perspective that will let you look at how to create a rapid transformation in your life and your business. Most people are unwilling to do these 3 SIMPLE things to produce immediate results.\\xa0

I see it every day, and I\'ve experienced the benefits of putting these principles into action in my own life and business.

In 2019, my company created $400K.

In 2020, $1 million in a month.

In 2021, $1 million in a day.

There comes a time when you feel the shift and are not willing to play small anymore. There\'s the persistent call to expand into your next level, but HOW do you align with that KNOWING?

The amazing and sometimes illogical things that happen in life are born from many things we do not know or understand. Human as we are, we can\'t control the unknown, and that\'s a little scary, right? Not everyone is ready to submit control to the Source. We must learn to do our part, listen to and trust our intuition, move with it, and then \\u2014 release.\\xa0

When you are pushing, working 24/7, trying to be on 55,000 podcasts, and making sure you show up in live streams 365 days a year and all these other things to hit your goals. They may be powerful to do, but it\'s never going to happen that way. You must surrender control. Trust that you\'re doing your part. Trust yourself, trust the process, and leave the timing as God\'s business.\\xa0

\\u2714\\ufe0fRapid transformation requires that you let go of COMFORT.

If you ask for things you have never experienced, go from a $100K year to a $100K month to a #100K day \\u2014 you are asking for irrational, irregular, incredible growth. And here\'s the deal, boo; it will surely come with some discomfort. It\'s not going to come from doing exactly what you\'ve been doing before. Rapid transformation will make you feel very uncomfortable. Most people can\'t handle it.\\xa0

If you\'re always operating in the norms of what everybody else is doing or believes, you will get what everybody else gets. Do what average people do, and you earn what average people earn.\\xa0

\\u2714\\ufe0fRapid transformation requires that you let go of the ORDINARY.

Most people can\'t fathom how my company created $1,000,000 in a 24-hour period. I am not famous. I do not have a huge following. I only have a handful of employees. And when we crossed $1,000,000 for the first time, it was just me and a part-time assistant while working from home. It does not compute for the average person because there\'s nothing ordinary about it. Why? Rapid transformation does not exist in the realm of normal.\\xa0

That\'s why 98% of the world or more will never do what it takes. You can\'t think like the average person and be an extraordinary human. It doesn\'t work that way. Creating remarkable results can only happen when you\'ve let go of the things you used to think, believe, and do that were once acceptable and okay to you or for you. Expanding and accelerating beyond anything you\'ve ever done before requires becoming more.\\xa0

So here\'s the question: Are you willing to look a little crazy as you experience unprecedented growth and extraordinary expansion? If you can answer YES to surrendering to these three things I just shared with you and live it out day by day, then you are in your rapid expansion.\\xa0
