The couple had an engineering firm in Belgium but Jimmy found something a little disheartening about making something well and with pride, only to have it hidden in a cupboard of behind a false wall. He decided he wanted to make beer instead. Annelies persuaded a reluctant Jimmy to up their life and move to Australia, with Jimmy only agreeing if he could make beer...the result is a Belgian brewery on Queensland\\u2019s Gold Coast.\\n\\nIt\\u2019s been a long year 2021, and there has been a lot happening in this post-craft world of ours.
