The Kylian Mbappe Show Against Reims

You never know what you might get from Paris Saint-Germain after a big UEFA Champions League match. So, with a trip to the Stade Auguste Delaune to face Will Still and Stade de Reims last Saturday, PSG needed to forget the debacle at the San Siro and focus on the domestic matters at hand.

On this episode of PSG Talking, I'm joined by longtime contributor Marc Damon to discuss PSG's 3-0 win over Reims, PSG's disjointed attack, the problems on defense, and we look back at the defeat to AC Milan and look ahead to an important stretch of matches for Les Parisiens.

Up first, it's the match against Reims, where Kylian Mbapp\xe9 dazzled by scoring one of his best goals in a PSG shirt. While the Frenchman recorded a hat trick, Gianluigi Donnarumma stood tall in goal and made six saves to secure the clean sheet. We discuss what stood out to us the most in the match and what changes Luis Enrique may make moving forward.

PSG's attack continues to be disjointed, and we discuss in detail. Without Mbapp\xe9's 11 goals in 13 Ligue 1 appearances this season, PSG would be in serious trouble. Ousmane Demb\xe9l\xe9 has yet to score since arriving from FC Barcelona, Randal Kolo Muani has been inconsistent, and against Reims, I nearly forgot Gon\xe7alo Ramos was on the pitch because he did so little. We also try to read between the lines regarding Luis Enrique's curious post-game comments where he stated he wasn't happy with Mbapp\xe9 and that he could do more to help the team.

The defense continues to give supporters heart palpitations. Milan \u0160kriniar has been sneaky good this season, while Marquinhos continues to underperform. We wonder if this could be the last season for Marquinhos at PSG and who could replace him in the starting lineup.

To wrap up the episode, we discuss PSG's loss to AC Milan in the Champions League and our confidence level for PSG to advance to the knockout stage.
