Two sessions are being held: the first on Weds, Jul 20 at 7PM ET is for pregnant women/people and the second on Sat, Jul 30 at 1PM ET for pregnant women/people and expectant parents in general (invite your partner!).\xa0

In this recording, I share the impact or potential impact of fear and anxiety on your body, your pregnancy, your baby, and your confidence as a parent\u2026and the tools you\u2019ll learn in the workshop to remedy these. \xa0
HERE\u2019S WHAT WE'LL COVER IN THE WORKSHOP:

1. Learn practices for reducing the impact of anxiety and fear on the body and baby
\xa0
2. Have your questions answered on navigating pregnancy after loss. These might include:
- anticipating and overcoming triggers
- advocating for yourself, your partner, and your baby during medical care
- building your birthing team
- empowering your partner to support you
- ways to connect with your baby, etc.

3. Learn tools to prepare the body, mind, and spirit for an empowered, more easeful birth

4. For Dads / Birthing partners: Learn ways to best support your partner during pregnancy and childbirth and overcome specific triggers that might come up for you
BONUS: Make connections with other expectant families who are on a similar journey
