How do we show up when there\'s a lot of talk in the media about restrictions, limitations and that people aren\'t spending? How do we show up when there\'s a lot of fear and uncertainty? How do you keep yourself rooted in a place of possibility when it seems like the entire world is focused on what\'s not possible? These are things that I\'m constantly still looking at and practicing today because there\'s always a deeper level of awareness and abundance to experience.\\xa0

• The belief that you have to do it all yourself, and how to overcome the mindset of not accepting or asking for help
• Noticing where there\'s an outcome in the future that you desire to have and the connection between that and your feelings of \\u201cnot enough\\u201d
• Studying people who live the kind of abundant life that you desire and observing what they do and think when they feel lacking
• Looking at where the opposite of abundance shows up and working to catch it and reframe it in the moment
• Fully stepping into the energy of receiving, and practicing that in big and little ways
