Working Draft fully believes craft beer forms community. Before the world was thirsty for camaraderie, beer was often a positive force to gather together. Ryan & Clint are eagerly waiting the day their taproom will be that community gathering space over their beer.
Ryan has a background in writing, specifically poetry. There’s a quote that “a poem is never finished, just abandoned.” This is a similar approach they take to brewing. Clint approaches his brewing as the artful application of science. And part of that art is that each beer is a working draft, a process in progress. The beer pun in “draft” helps too.
